General

▼What is the image/photograph size?

The viewable area is the size listed in Step 1 ‘Choose print size’ on the product page. This is exactly the size of the printed image, e.g. 60 x 40cm (24” by 16”) not including the matboard.
If you have purchased a framed print, we have a matboard which is added on top of this size. Please view the Hyperlink ’Size Guide’ on the product page to see the total size including frame and matboard.

◄What are the dimensions of the border around the image?

Unframed prints come with an additional 2cm ‘white bleed’, this helps when framing or mounting the print yourself.
Framed prints come standard with a matboard, which varies in size depending on your print. Please view the Hyperlink ’Size Guide’ on the product page to view the overall dimensions.

◄Will my print be signed and/or editioned?

All prints come digitally signed with my signature in the bottom left corner.

Limited edition prints are hand signed, editioned and come with a Certificate of Authenticity.

◄Do your prices change overtime?

Prices can change from time to time due to increases in manufacturing and printing costs.
For limited edition prints the price increases based on what edition has been sold.

◄Is there somewhere I can see your work on display?

We have previously held a gallery space on the Gold Coast however we have found an online store enables us to keep our prices as low as possible. For this reason, we don’t have a gallery with ready-made prints available.
We do have a warehouse you can visit by booking only to see different manufacturing materials, framing options and acrylic prints. Please contact us HERE and we will be able to help organise an appointment.

◄Do you include receipts, invoices or any pricing in your delivery packages?

We do not include receipts and invoices in your package, so this makes it perfect for sending as a gift to a loved one. You will receive a receipt and invoice in your email inbox.
Jon is also big believer in cutting down waste wherever possible.

◄Do you offer custom sized prints?

Yes, we do, if you have a set size for your wall and an overall dimension you need to fit then we can certainly help.

◄I have a custom print idea, can I purchase the digital copy?

You can’t purchase the digital copy however, we have a huge range of suppliers that help with custom ideas. Anything from splash backs, wallpapers, wooden prints and even textiles. Please contact us HERE and we will be able discuss options further.

◄Will my prints look the same as the photos?

We have taken great care to ensure the images and product photos best show the final product. There can be a very slight colour variance, but you probably won’t be able to tell unless your computer screen is off colour. Often, we find people say “OMG, this looks so much better in person compared to on the computer”.

▼I have a photo idea, can I commission Jon to create a print for me?: There is nothing more that I love then bringing someone’s vision to life through my own creative concepts and ideas. I’m certainly happy to chat to work out a project and costings to help get you exactly what you’re looking for.

Unframed Prints

▼In relation to the total image/photograph size, are the dimensions listed edge to edge?

The dimensions of the total image/photograph are edge to edge of the ‘viewable area'.

The viewable area is the photograph itself however there is an additional 2cm ‘white bleed’ on top of this which will help with framing.

◄How will the print be shipped?

Unframed prints are rolled up with acid free paper which helps ensure the print doesn’t scratch or become damaged in transit. From there, they are securely placed in a thick packaging tube with room on either end to allow for padding (so the print doesn’t slide around in transit). We also put fragile tape across the tubes.

◄I plan to frame my unframed print at my local framer. What do you recommend, and can you send direct to them?

Yes, we can send your unframed print directly to your local framer of choice. Please put the framer’s shipping address in at checkout and make sure you call them, so they are aware that the print is coming and let them know the size of the print.

We recommend the framer includes a matboard or a spacer to keep the print off the glass and that you keep the print in the tube to enable the professionals handle the print with care.

FRAMED PRINTS, CANVAS PRINTS & ACRYLICS

▼What are you frames made from?: All our frames are made from wood and hand assembled piece by piece.
◄What is a matboard?: The matboard is a thin white cardboard like material which has several purposes. One is styling by helping to frame the print, second it helps keep the print off the glass, so it doesn’t sweat.; It is also called a passe-partout in other areas of the world.; In the product images on our website it’s the white boarder that you see around the photograph
◄What is the total framed size including matboard and frame?: The size you choose on the product page is the size of the photograph/image itself, for framed prints this means the total dimensions are larger. Please view the total framed sizes in our size guide for more information.; Canvas Prints and Acrylics are exact dimensions.
◄Do you offer custom framing options?: We can produce a custom frame if there is a certain look or style you’d like. Get in touch and we can help quote this for you.
◄What are the measurements of the frame?: The width is 20mm and the depth is 40mm. Also check out our frame info page for more information.
◄Do the framed prints come with glass or acrylic?: All framed prints come with glass unless ordering over 160cm. Over 160cm prints come with acrylic due to larger size.
◄Can I purchase and upgrade to non-reflective glass?: Yes you can. In general it costs between $200 - $300 extra for non-reflective glass on a large print.
◄What does a gallery wrap mean?: Gallery wrap means the canvas is stretched around the stretcher bars and then mirrored. This means you don’t lose any visible print. It’s the most common way of displaying canvas prints.
◄What is a float frame canvas?: A float frame is when a canvas print is framed thus making it look like its floating inside. It’s a very classy way to style a canvas to ensure they look great with other style choices within the room.

▼What payment methods do you accept?: We accept all major credit cards including American Express, and we also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and AfterPay.
◄Is your website secure/safe?: We use a world class ecommerce solution along with SSL encryption and a variety of other enhancements to maintain a PCI compliant shopping environment.
◄I’m purchasing a print for a business, do you provide invoices?: Yes, we do, this is emailed to you after order completion.
◄Can I change my order?: All orders are considered final after checkout. Although our products take time to make, often they are in the manufacturing pipeline getting prepared straight after purchase.; This being said, if you need a shipping address changed, please contact us urgently via email on our contact form or by telephone 1300 427 896 with your order number and referencing the updated needed.
◄Where do I put my gift card or discount code?: Once you have selected your items and reached checkout there is a section to add your Gift Card or Discount Code.
◄Can I redeem multiple gift cards in one order?: Yes, you can, simply apply each Gift Card at checkout and watch the total amount owing decrease.
◄Discounts and discount codes?: It’s very rare we offer discounts and promotions however we do offer discounts to our loyal customers from time to time. Please keep an eye out in our newsletter or our social media accounts for special offers.

Production & Shipping

▼How long does production take?

Please allow for 7-14 Business days.

For print only products it’s likely 7 days however for framed prints, canvases and acrylics and please allow 14 days. We take great care and pride in making sure your product is perfect before it goes on the courier.

◄How long does delivery take?

Once production is complete and you receive your tracking number it will be anywhere between 2-7 days.

◄How much does Australian shipping cost?

For all orders over $250 AUD Australia wide, shipping is free.

For all orders under $250 AUD shipping prices range from $6.95 - $50 depending on the item you order.

◄Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your region and where you live. Otherwise, please get in contact with us and we can give you a custom quote. We work closely with multiple print labs in the US, Germany and Canada.

◄Can you ship to PO Boxes?

For unframed print only options we can ship to a PO Box.

For all other orders (e.g., framed prints, acrylics and canvas) we use a courier service where you are required to sign on delivery. For this reason, we do not ship to PO Boxes for these products.

◄Do you offer express shipping?

At this stage we do not offer express shipping due to the challenges in logistics since the COVID pandemic however, if you need your print by a certain timeframe, we can certainly look at streamlining your order for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss further.

◄I put the wrong shipping address in at checkout, what do I do?

Please contact us urgently on via our contact form or on telephone 1300 427 896 with your order number and referencing the updated needed. The quicker you do this the better.

◄How do you ship the prints?

For print only options (i.e. unframed prints) we ship with Australia Post, rolled up and secured in a mailing tube.
Framed prints, canvases and acrylics are all shipped with a courier service.

Display

▼Are the framed prints, acrylics and canvases ready to hang?

All framed prints, acrylic face mounts and stretched canvases are ready to hang.

For the larger acrylics and framed prints, we use a French Cleat/Split Batten System to make it easy to hang on your wall. Instructions for installation will be included with your purchase.
